Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has announced a change in the fund management responsibilities of Franklin India Flexi Cap with effect from August 27, 2012.

Ms. Roshi Jain shall be joining the existing fund managers Mr. K.N. Sivasubramanian and Mr. Anand Vasudevan.
